Dynamic company founded by two experienced appraisers, DRIMMEX Évaluations Immobilières inc. is a firm specializing in residential appraisals.
SHAREHOLDERS
Erik Demontigny is a certified appraiser since December 2006. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and a certificate in real estate from the Université du Québec à Montréal, and has gathered more than fiftheen years of real estate appraising experience.
Sébastien Robin has over ten years of experience in real estate appraisal. In 2013, he obtained his DAR title (Designated Appraiser Residential) granted by the CNAREA (Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraiser). In addition, he holds the title of Certified Appraisal Reviewer also issued by the CNAREA.

Our mission is to offer fast and quality service to all our customers. Drimmex is also committed to promoting the mission of L'Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec (OEAQ), which is to protect the public interest by guaranteeing the quality of the professional acts performed by its members. In addition, Drimmex is committed to meeting the requirements of the Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers (CNAREA) meeting standards of practice.
